Pricing

All prices shown on the Chinashop web site are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT (tax) at 20%.

VAT

Shipping

All goods purchased on this web site are shipped, within and from the UK, by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. All goods are insured.

Breakages

We must be informed of breakages, by e-mail, within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Returns

We must be notified immediately, by e-mail, on receipt of goods if they are to be returned. All goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in their original packing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We take all major credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB.

Purchases are made with Credit cards which are used only for the cost of goods, and for charging for the exact amount of postage at the time of shipping.
